Work

 

Once we have agreed on your requirements, you will  receive a written contract.  The contract will contain the full terms and conditions and the rate for the agreed work.

 

All file transfers, incoming and outgoing are scanned using Norton 360.

 

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Final poof reading is the responsibility of the client.

 

Financial

 

Ad-hoc  hours are payable 50% in advance of commencement of project, the balance being due upon  presentation of final invoice.

 

Retainer Hours are chargeable in advance and should be paid by 1st of the month.  Unused hours are non refundable.

 

Confidentiality

 

Client confidentiality is paramount.  I am happy to sign Confidentiality Agreements if you so require.
